Lemon and ginger energy balls
- 1 tsp grated fresh turmeric,
- ½ Cup grated coconut 12 dates,
- 1 cup oatmeal, ½ Cup almonds,

Ginger Crackers
- ½ Tsp finely grated fresh turmeric,
- 1.5 cups flour,
- ½ Tsp baking powder,
- ½ Tablespoon salt inserted,
- 1 tsp olive oil,
- ½ Cup water.
Set the oven to 200 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients in a deep bowl, slowly adding the water and olive oil. Knead until you have a smooth dough. If it is a very sticky dough, catch the consistency by adding very little water if the flour is not collected. On a greaseproof paper, open it thinly with the help of a roller. Divide into quadrangles with Pizza cut roulette. After about 15-20 minutes, remove from the oven when it starts to pick up colour from the edges. Cool and store with mouth closed in a clean jar.
