Grilled Chicken With Turmeric

  • 1 tsp grated fresh turmeric,

  • 1 tsp finely reddened fresh turmeric,

  • ½ Cup red lentils,
  • 2 cups water, 2.5 cups milk.

    Heat the oven at 180 degrees. In a deep bowl, blend the cauliflower, onion and garlic with olive oil and spices. Fry all in a greaseproof paper-wrapped tray for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Take the vegetables into a deep saucepan. Add 2 cups milk and all remaining ingredients. Stir and bring to boiling point and then cook for 20 minutes, chopping the bottom well. Remove from the fire and pass through the hand blender. Add half a glass of milk. Share in bowls, serve with a sprinkling of fresh herbs.

Lemon and ginger energy balls

  • 1 tsp grated fresh turmeric,
  • ½ Cup grated coconut 12 dates,
  • 1 cup oatmeal, ½ Cup almonds,
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds,
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice,
  • 1 tsp lemon grate,
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract.

    Remove the seeds of the dates and leave them in hot water for about five minutes. When the dates soften, strain and pull in the food processor. Save your water.   • ¼ Tsp grated fresh turmeric,

  • 1 cinnamon stick,
  • ½ Tsp ground cinnamon,
  • 1 pinch cardamom,

    Heat all the ingredients in a thick-bottomed saucepan, stirring until they reach boiling point. Remove the cinnamon stick from it, drain and share in the cups. If you wish, add the stir-fried milk, sprinkle with cinnamon powder on the serve.

Ginger Crackers

  • ½ Tsp finely grated fresh turmeric,
  • 1.5 cups flour,
  • ½ Tsp baking powder,
  • ½ Tablespoon salt inserted,
  • 1 tsp olive oil,
  • ½ Cup water.

    Set the oven to 200 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients in a deep bowl, slowly adding the water and olive oil. Knead until you have a smooth dough. If it is a very sticky dough, catch the consistency by adding very little water if the flour is not collected. On a greaseproof paper, open it thinly with the help of a roller. Divide into quadrangles with Pizza cut roulette. After about 15-20 minutes, remove from the oven when it starts to pick up colour from the edges. Cool and store with mouth closed in a clean jar.
